‘Harry Potter’ star Emma Watson is obsessed with lipstick as she enjoys experimenting with different shades.

The 22-year-old actress says she used to hate wearing colour on her lips but now can`t go out without wearing colour on her lips, reported Contactmusic.

“When I was younger, I hated the idea of wearing lipstick. Then, in the past two to three years, I`ve been wearing lots of different colours – my favourite daytime shade is coral,” she said.

Watson said that she takes the time to exfoliate her lips for smooth colour application and has figured out the best ways to make her lipstick last.

“To get a really intense look, blot off the first layer and reapply your colour. Use nude lipliner to get the perfect cupid`s bow and exfoliate your lips with a toothbrush. They`ll look great,” she added.

Emma Watson is reportedly house hunting in New York.

The Harry Potter star is looking for an apartment in the Upper East Side, near Central Park, sources told the New York Post. The actress is currently studying at Oxford University in England but it is understood she would like to be based in New York. She is on secondment to Oxford at the moment and is expected to return to Brown in Rhode Island before long.

Emma, who is dating fellow Oxford student Will Adamowicz, is said to be starring in an upcoming movie with Harry Potter director David Yates. She will reportedly star in Your Voice in My Head about a British journalist based in New York.

Twilight star Kristen Stewart has been named the world’s best dressed woman in a new poll, beating British actress Emma Watson into second place.

The annual Top 50, complied by Glamour, sees Kate Middleton land at No. 4, behind Posh Spice-turned-designer Victoria Beckham in third.

Cheryl Cole has dropped from second last year to eighth in 2012, as Watson – last year’s champion – takes the silver medal.

The Top 10 is completed by Florence Welch in fifth, Michelle Williams in sixth, Blake Lively in seventh, US socialite and reality TV star Olivia Palermo in ninth and Rihanna in tenth.

Other noteworthy names in the rankings include Dannii Minogue at No. 16, ahead of sister Kylie at No. 45, Angelina Jolie at No. 23, Beyonce at No. 27, Jennifer Aniston at No. 30 and Tulisa Contostavlos at No. 35.

British chart stars Jessie J and Pixie Lott bring up the rear at Nos. 40 and 49.

She’s got moves like … Hermione! Emma Watson got down at the Struck by Lightning Nintendo 3DS/Tribeca Film Festival after-party at Avenue in New York City. The actress had a dance-off with one of the film’s stars, Roberto Aguire, as a DJ spun hits and partygoers looked on.

Also at the bash: the film’s writer, Glee‘s Chris Colfer, supported by his FOX costars Amber Riley and Ashley Fink. The trio enjoyed appetizers and drinks and challenged each other to a spirited game of Mario Kart 7 on Nintendo 3DS.
